Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock control, purchase ledger and supplier payments.
- Credit control and all aspects of banking.
- Additional tasks supported by Financial Controller.
- Liasing with Group management and external auditors on preparation of annual accounts, VAT returns and Pay-Roll.
- Maintaining purchase ledger accounts by posting and scanning invoices
- Maintaining sales ledger accounts by posting invoices and chasing for payments
- Completing regular bank reconciliations
- Organising paperwork and keeping neat and tidy records
- Basic bookkeeping and admin tasks.
- Additional ad hoc duties
Skills and Qualifications:
- A good knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel are an advantage.
- Experience in a similar role
- You’ll have a proactive attitude, whether a task is complicate or simple, big, or small.
