Job description: Band 5 Community Nurse – Complex Physical Healthcare, Community Nursing ServiceAre you looking for an exciting new challenge that enhances current skills and develops new ones?We are looking for motivated, friendly band 5 Registered Nurses to join our intimate team of staff, working within the Community Nursing Service, caring for a very friendly, happy young man who has complex health care needs and is ventilated via tracheostomy. He requires round the clock care at home and out in the community at social groups and general days/evenings out.We assist in all aspects of medical and personal care, including tracheostomy and ventilation, moving and handling, enteral feeding and medication administration. Due to the level of care needs we work with 2 members of staff per shift.Extensive training will be provided and continue to be ongoing throughout your career.
