  • Advise leading international clients – producers, traders, financiers, and end-users – on the full spectrum of commodities transactions
  • Draft, negotiate, and structure complex sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and transportation contracts
  • Provide strategic counsel on risk management, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in the ever-evolving commodities landscape
  • Represent clients in high-stakes disputes arising from breach of contract, non-performance, and other commodities-related issues, including international arbitration

Thrive in the London Hub:

  • To excel, you’ll possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commodities law, with a strong understanding of key commodities (energy, metals, softs, etc.)
  • A proven track record of success in handling complex transactions and disputes is essential
  • You’ll be a master negotiator with exceptional communication and advocacy skills, adept at navigating cross-cultural environments
  • Deep commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage pressure are crucial
  • Fluency in a second language, particularly Mandarin or Spanish, is a strong asset
