Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough farm assessments, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, developing customised business plans, and advising on best practices for crop management, livestock rearing, and resource utilisation. You will collaborate closely with clients to implement solutions, monitor progress, and drive positive outcomes. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and innovations to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and strategies.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, or related roles. In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and market dynamics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
