Job description: This role is responsible for the full communications mix (PR, Press, Social media, e-mail, search, advertising, etc.) to increase the knowledge and uptake of the key marketing programmes and brand messaging amongst the target market of clients, agency, specialists, partners and influencers.What you’ll be doing… Marketing Plan • Support the Head of Communications to define the key marketing messages for external communications based on the key marketing programmes. • Have a full understanding of the key marketing programmes, the stakeholders and the target audiences. • Define an annual communications plan with timelines, measurable outputs and impacts and target audiences. Communications • Define the communications channels behind each of the key marketing programmes. • Utilise the communications channels of PR, Press, Social, e-mail, Sales team, search, advertising and influencers to increase knowledge and uptake of the key marketing programmes. • Monitor input and results and report monthly to the Head of Communications on impact. • Define a list of influencers and draw up a communications plan to gain third party endorsement of key marketing programmes. • Manage and update the CRM database of communication contacts and key influencers. Content • Work with the Head of Communications to produce thought leadership content in support of key marketing programmes. • Liaise with third party contributors to provide white papers, thought leadership pieces and marketing content. Proof and ratify the content. • Manage content partnerships on behalf of partner landlords and transport owners. Commercial Impact • Define the key stakeholders in the JCDecaux and monitor profile and reputation. • Deliver increased uptake of key marketing programmes.A little bit about you… Capabilities • An individual that understands the digital marketplace and the communication tools available. • Ability to utilise the full range of communication tools and the monitoring of outputs and impacts. • Knowledge of CRM tools and funnel management. • An organised individual that can strategically plan a communications calendar that can drive commercial success. • A strong stakeholder engager that can achieve buy-in across numerous teams to deliver the communications plan. • A project enabler with an attention to detail to manage multiple projects that deliver a co-ordinated impact. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A team player that works well with people of all backgrounds and skill levels. Qualifications • Degree in Media, Journalism, marketing, business or social science or relevant experience. • Experience in communication activation and monitoring within a media or marketing organisationA little bit more about us…
