Job description: Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for one of the UK’s leading supermarkets, based in Rugby.Staffline are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in the Grocery Department.This is a full time role, working any 5 days out of 7, on a rotation consisting of day and afternoon shifts. The hours of work are:
– 6:15am to 2:15pm
– 2:15pm to 10:15pmThe rates of pay are:
Days – £13.54
Nights – £16.93
Weekend Days – £18.01
Weekend Nights – £18.01
Bank Holidays Days – £20.31
Bank Holidays Nights – £23.70There is overtime available for working over 37.5 hours per week:
Overtime Days – £20.31
Overtime Nights – £23.70
Overtime Weekend – £24.78
Overtime Weekend Nights – £24.78There are also performance incentives which are:
Warehouse Operative Pick rate between 88% and 91.9% – extra £0.30 per hour
Warehouse Operative Pick rate between 92% and 98.9% – extra £0.60 per hour
Warehouse Operative Pick rate 99% and over – extra £1.00 per hourYour Time at WorkAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting our store colleagues by making sure orders are assembled correctly. Other duties include:– Maintaining a clear and tidy warehouse and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with safely, quickly and efficiently.
– Making sure stock is received, stored, packed and transported according to the highest standards
– Taking responsibility for your own and others safety whilst at work
– Using tools provided and training material provided efficiently
– Using your Mechanical Handling Equipment efficiently
