The role is hybrid, so in addition to working from home, you will be managing a caseload of clients based in Wolverhampton and its surrounding areas, which is commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Burton-on-Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester, Coventry, Solihull, Worcester, Shrewsbury and other nearby towns and villages.Desired Criteria:
– RGN Qualified with a valid NMC registration
– 2 years post-qualification experience (minimum)
– Experience of working within a similar setting such as ICU, ITU, HDU, CCU OR community complex careShift Pattern:
As a Regional Complex Care Nurse Manager, you will be expected to work a typical Mon – Fri, 9AM – 5PM shift pattern, at an average of 37.5 hours per week.
The role offers hybrid working, where you manage your own diary in working from home and being in the field to visit the packages.Interview Process:
This will be a one-stage process carried out virtually with the Heads of Nursing.Salary and Benefits:
This Regional Nurse Manager position pays between £40,000 and £42,250, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:25 Days Holiday plus the 8 Bank Holidays
