Job description: Searching for your next interim product development role, look no further, my client needs someone to start asap.My client puts people at the heart of their business, they are a large, chilled food manufacturing business with multiple sites in the UK producing quality products and have an excellent reputation built on respect.Due to a number of gaps in the current NPD team they require urgent support from an interim whilst they hire a number of permanent employees.Working alongside the NPD Manager, Technical, Commercial and Central teams, you will be responsible for delivering both NPD and EPD projects. You will therefore need experience in project management, critical path, and NPD stage gate management.Your role will involve generating and managing costings, liaising with technical to ensure standards of new products are adhered to, as well as presenting ideas both internally and externally to customers.To apply you must have a proven track record as an interim of launching new products and effective planning and organisational skills.Work well in a team and be able to build strong relationship internally and externally.This will be an initial 3-month contract, with no direct reports.Get in touch with Nicole today for further information.REF.
