Job description: This very successful Global law firm headquartered in London has brand new opportunity to join their Social Impact Team.The role is Senior Community Investment Advisor and will report to the Head of Social Impact, as well as working alongside the Responsible Business Team, managing the delivery of project-based social impact initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:-
- Having overall responsibility for development of key charity partner relationships, including identifying projects and opportunities for skills sharing, pro bono support and in kind donations;
- Working with key charity partners to enhance impact data reporting;
- Developing and implementing processes and systems to reward and recognise volunteers;
- Overall management of charity and fundraising committees across 3 UK offices;
- Identify any relevant awards and draft submissions;
- Develop plans for Foundation week – the firm’s flagship annual fundraising week and a calendar of activities and events throughout the year that raise awareness of and engagement with the firms’ charity partners ;
- Develop and implement best practice in conjunction with other team members and through engagement with external support organisations;
- Participate in internal and external specialism forums and steering groups;
- Line management of Community Investment Advisor.
