Job description: Contract JDE Finance IT/Data Project Manager, Outside iR35 £550 per day, 6 Months (hybrid London)A contract project manager with recent JDE Finance ERP experience required to oversee the implementation of a new reporting tool which interfaces from the JDE ERP system to the tool. This vital tool used is by every global market of this large FMCG to report finance data to headquarters. This includes managing Opex, Gross Margin, and Volume reporting.The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the installation and creation of JDE report versions in the UAT environment. These reports will be tailored to meet specific business requirements, thoroughly tested, and then transitioned into production. Throughout the testing phase, the Project Manager will ensure alignment between data sent via automated ERP (JDE) interfaces and manual submissions to the tool.Additionally, as some data resides outside of the ERP system, the Project Manager will lead discussions on the optimal integration methods. For instance, the PM will explore options such as enhancing downstream systems or utilizing standard group JDE modules. For example, costs calculated in one system may need to be managed through a Group JDE Module, necessitating resource allocation for installation, configuration, and testing.Furthermore, the PM will evaluate the current project roadmap, ensuring its relevance and recommending adjustments as needed. Tracking progress towards completion is a key aspect of this role.Currently there are two projects underway, one in the UK and the other in Germany, each at different stages of development. Therefore, the successful candidate must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.Unfortunately, due to the requirement requiring Finance JDE knowledge -if you do not have recent JDE experience, you won’t be considered at this time.Keywords: JDE, JD Edwards, Enterprise One, IT Project Manager
