Inspired by those individuals who prove that anything is possible and epitomise our mantra…‘Take It Further’.The HR Administrator will provide efficient support to the HR department involving a variety of administrative duties. Using your knowledge of best practice and the company policies, you will be working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the completion and compliance of recruitment, HR daily operations and ad-hoc projects.The main duties include administering all recruitment, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and the onboarding process) and updating internal databases.Our ideal candidate is organised, pro-active and has a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting a team.Please be aware this is a 1 year fixed term opportunity.Requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of employee data within the HRIS and our internal files
  • Administer the recruitment process including managing external recruitment partners, advertising, sourcing, screening candidates, and arranging interviews and feedback
  • Manage background checks and the right to work process
  • Draft and issue employment contracts and new starter paperwork
  • Preparation of letters such as confirming changes to terms and conditions.
  • Support the department with administrative duties, reports, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Note take for formal meetings
  • Arrange exit interviews
  • Support the planning and organising of company events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required

Person Specification:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or other similar office related role
  • Organised, self-motivated with a desire to support a busy team
  • Pro-active and a positive attitude
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Computer literacy essential (MS Office applications)
  • CIPD Qualification level 3 desirable but not essential
  • Experience of using HR software desirable

  • Full time, Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm.
  • 5 days per week in the office
  • Probation process – 4 months
  • Notice period –2 months up to 2 years’ service increasing to 3 from 2yrs+.

Expected salary: £24000 – 25000 per year
