We’ve got big ambitions to spark opportunity through the power of train travel, and we’d love to have you along for the ride.As our Senior Lead for Creative and social, you will be accountable for the creative and social strategy, briefing our agencies/in-house studio to produce all our campaign creative and social assets as well as our influencer activities across five markets in Europe (plus ROW) to drive awareness, consideration and increase brand engagement. You will also contribute to the establishment of a culture of creative and social effectiveness across our marketing eco system (paid, owned, and earned).This is a permanent role, based in the relevant location office with hybrid working 2-3 days a week. For this role, there is an expectation of occasional travel to other offices as required.Internal use only: This is a Grade F role EIL/ Travel Services Level 4.We’re looking for someone to:
- Plan and develop the award-winning creative and social roadmap based on relevant markets and media insights in cooperation with the Head of Brand activation and media performance, to deliver Eurostar key brand KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Ensure creative integrity and consistency across all outputs. Responsible for multiple strands and formats including – but not limited to – TV, press, OH, radio, digital, influencer and social media first campaigns.
- Produce and provide clear, exciting and insight-driven creative & social briefs to our in-house studio, agencies and any other relevant internal or external stakeholders.
- Lead and champion the relationship with our creative and social agencies and in-house team to ensure our creative and social strategies & thinking are best in class and can be easily articulated to senior stakeholders.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to cultivate increasingly constructive and efficient relationships and ensure creative & social assets produced are aligned with Eurostar brand guidelines & TOV.
- Manage the agency commercial relationship to ensure we deliver the scope of work as efficiently as possible (incl. Raise POs in line with annual budget, reconcile hours for retainer fees, spend forecast, negotiate production quotes) and that Eurostar extracts maximum commercial value.
- Understanding of insight methodologies for both creative strategy and social media, evidence of having shifted brand and engagements metrics with new brand positioning and advertising.
- Lead and motivate the creative and social team to focus on the right priorities and collaborate constructively between them to deliver on the agreed marketing vision and roadmap..
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience in creative and social, gained client-side or agency-side. As such, you have been a key decision maker across all steps of the strategic and production process.
- Solid creative judgement. Ability to brief and manage agencies and in-house studio towards the production of innovative and stand-out creatives (managing AV/Photography sets with A-list talents)
- Track record of executing multi-channel and multi-territory campaigns. (TV, Radio, Press, OOH, social, influencers).
- Extensive experience leading the visual strategy design, development/growth and direction of Social Media channels and influencer activities.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of key social platforms incl. analytics (IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube etc)
- Ability to formulate, manage high profile, paid /organic and influencers campaigns.
- Growth mindset – Good campaign analytical skills and understanding of ATL/BTL media to deliver the best creative solution to optimize stand out and generate incremental revenue.
- Project management skills both as a project leader or a project team member.
- Good understanding of insight tools such as the brand tracker, social media and other customer research functions and be able to interpret those insights and incorporate these into your creative strategy]
- Desirable – any additional European languages (French, Dutch or German)
