Job description: Help our Mitie team deliver with Pride and Purpose.We are looking for an experienced bid writer to deliver high quality bids that win new business opportunities. You will be tasked with delivering high quality and high scoring bids in response to customer needs as well as supporting the director in securing the company’s position as the preferred solution providerYou will be required to support the sales team in the development and implementation of strategy, analyse invitations to tender (ITT), develop storyboards, brief and coach bid writers and more.Collaboration between cross-functional teams is a vital part of the role, so you’ll need to be a strong team player.The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, great communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and proven experience as a bid manager with a strong track record of delivering high quality, compliant, and high-scoring bids in response to new business opportunities.Since 1987, Mitie’s 68,000 employees have been maintaining companies globally.
