Job description: Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge Software Media & Entertainment technology company with an impressive product portfolio who are expecting strong growth in the coming year ahead.In a key role for the company, they are looking for a Customer Support Lead Engineer who will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure strong customer satisfaction and utilisation of the company portfolio.Key Skills:
– Experience in a customer facing capacity providing key technical support on software solutions
– Virtual environments such as HyperVisor, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
– Selection and implementation of applications such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
– Understanding of DevOps and Microservices (AWS)Desirables:
– Broadcast + Media technology experience
– Storage system experienceThis role is based in Cardiff, they are looking for somebody to be in the office around 50% of the time.
