Job description: European RecruitmentUX Healthcare Strategist – HIPPA / GDPR /PharmaWe are partnered up with a well-established specialist digitaldesign organisation within healthcare and pharma who are looking for a UXStrategist within healthcare to join their team within the UK.Your Responsibilities· Working with the Clinical UX researchers to plan comprehensive user research to gain insights into the needs, behaviours, & pain points of healthcare professionals, patients & consumers.· Draw insight from user feedback & site data to inform UX strategy & design decisions· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) & metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of UX strategies & digital products.· Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, & innovations in healthcare UX/UI design & share this knowledge internally·Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment & integration of UX & wider strategies throughout the product development lifecycle.Qualifications & Experience
- Pharma & healthcare experience
- 5+ years agency experience in strategy
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations & standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate user insights into actionable UX strategies
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles & methodologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Psychology, or related field.
