They own many of the most trusted brands in the air transportation industry, including LEKTRO®, JetAire®, JetPower®, AmpTekÔ, Jetway®, and more.Acting as point of contact for Field Service Engineers, and Internal Engineering Department to ensure the correct parts are available and warranties are issues in a timely manner and in line with both customer and business requirements.ResponsibilitiesPoint of contact / Managing customer contract issues and enquiries and updating these within internal CRM systemPivotal central liaison between Field Service Engineers, customer and warranty teams to ensure the delivery of parts both internally and externally in a timely mannerRaise all service jobs within the system (Syteline), you will see the process from start to finish and be responsible for processing these and reporting to the finance team for invoicingThis will include the managing warranty claims processing, adding of labour and parts orders to Syteline, Placing of order for parts and raising requisitions for service jobs, raising deliver notes for all internal (factory) equipment and repairs and providing accurate equipment delivery notesYou will work with the Engineering and Parts departments to identify parts, raise part numbers, delivery of warranty and order entry for service parts.Liaising with the customer when needed to agree labour/expenses rates are agreeable and in line with quotes provided.Paying attention to detail you will be responsible for maintaining the production log for manufactured items for both warranty and service jobs and will be required to report this information in real time to both Finance and Warranty teams.Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted to Quality Manager in a timely mannerPlan and coordinate site and customer visits with the service teamEnsure that at all times the company’s Health and Safety, Quality, Environment Policies are promoted and adhered to and that all appropriate paperwork and procedures are observed and followed.Manage and maintain effective housekeeping practices.Promote and adhere to Oshkosh Aerotech Core ValuesKnowledge/QualitiesStrong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with local and international colleaguesAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detailsAble to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a teamFlexible attitude to both working hours, location and workloadGood command of written and spoken EnglishFamiliar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet ApplicationsExperience of working in a production/manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
