We are delighted to be working with this leading advisory firm in search of a dynamic Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager for their Restructuring Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives to propel growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to strategize, execute, and assess key business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and collaborate across various business areas on BD and origination strategies to drive overall market growth.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance value and support business expansion.
  • Strengthen the team’s commercial positioning through external brand enhancement, particularly in referrer and corporate markets.
  • Advise partners on optimal practices, budget management, and ROI.
  • Elevate awareness of the team’s services in internal and external target markets through robust relationships and focused communication.
  • Play a vital role in the marketing team, implementing strategies to expand the client base, revenue, and referrals.
  • Harness existing assets, including experience, knowledge, and client relationships, to augment business development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the bids team to continually develop the credentials library.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience within a restructuring or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Education to a professional qualification/degree level, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Desirable experience in people management.
