Job description: Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire an Engineering Manager, to lead and manage an engineering team, someone who can plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule and on budget, to drive innovation, and deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients. Solid experience in Planview PPM Portfolio & Project mgmt. is needed.
Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.Location: Denver, ColoradoDay-To-Day Responsibilities:
· Analyze, propose, and manage budgets technologies and resources for projects.
· Plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule and on budget.
· Communicate and collaborate with other managers stakeholders and contractors.
· Prioritize delegate and supervise all engineer activities and deliverables.
· Manage support and evaluate engineers’ performance.
· Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities.
· Provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions when needed.
· Build the entire technical documentation and project roadmaps.Key Qualifications:
Planview PPM
Portfolio and Project mgmt. (PPM)
Minimum 14 years of experience required.Good To Have Skills

The annual salary for this position is between $95,500.00 – 178,200.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
