Job description: We are looking for an experienced Parts Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Tunbridge Wells.The Opportunity:In this role, you will be key in:

  • Supporting the team in receiving and accurately checking and allocating parts delivered to the Dealership;
  • Responsible for warranty returns;
  • Ensuring accuracy and tidiness of stock at all times;
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service for both customers and colleagues;
  • Ensuring parts are efficiently binned and located to ensure available to sale to customers;
  • Undertaking general department duties.

About You:

  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills;
  • Commitment to delivering customer service excellence;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Previous experience within a goods in warehouse environment would be beneficial;
  • Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems, and email;
  • Experience with CDK (desirable); and
  • A full UK driving license.
