Job description: This role involves providing excellent customer support and effective handling of consumer queries for a large national company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Customer Service team, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.Key responsibilities consist of:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible service.
  • Handle customer requests accurately, encompassing pricing policies, claims, samples, sketches, specifications, offers, general inquiries, and website training.
  • Maintain the company Management System with current customer information.
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring customer account plans and assist in data collection for these plans.
  • Attend meetings alongside the assigned Account Manager and Regional Sales Director.
  • Uphold the group’s Management System pertaining to sales and commercial activities.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Monitor customer accounts and manage orders efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on customer insights and trends to support business development.

  • A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Industrial industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
