Job description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketing and recruitment specialist to join our fostering and adoption teams in an exciting new role.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on marketing and communication activities through traditional means and social media to promote and recruit both foster carers and adopters, including the promoting of and attendance at events to encourage recruitment.They will be involved in the design, review, development and distribution of advertising materials and will be required to evaluate the success of these materials. They will be involved in the updating of websites.In order to succeed you will need to/be –Confident in using all types of media; creative and enthusiastic; able to work independently; organised; able to work quickly and with attention to detail;Essential qualifications/experience- Degree in Marketing or similar; experience of marketing and communication techniques; experience in all types of media; hold a valid driving licence;Desirable qualifications/experience-Experience of running recruitment campaigns; excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in different ways; able to demonstrate ability to work independently and creatively; able to respond to problems with innovation and to make decisions without recourse to a managerIn return we offer you:
