Up to £30,000paMy client, a boutique law firm based in London, is actively seeking an experienced REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL to join them on a permanent basis in London.As the successful Real Estate Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for the following:– Dealing with the client inception process, including conflicts checks and drafting assessment forms
– Dealing with correspondence and file management
– Assisting fee-earners with completions and arranging payment forms
– Conducting legal research and planning search reports
– Completing lease comparisons+ many more.To qualify for this position, you’ll need to have/be the following:– A completed law degree (LLB/GDL) and ideally, an LPC
– Previous experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal or Real Estate Legal Assistant
