Job description: Job DescriptionMon-Fri £12.48ph, Sat/Sun £13.56ph up to £14.11ph post 40 hours, pay rates increasing to £14.24-£17.66 after 12 weeks probation then increasing to £15.46-£19.17ph after 6 months. Full time ongoing warehouse positions in Thatcham Night shifts available 18:00 start time.The benefits you can expect for working with us include:

– Premium Rates paid over 40 hours at 10%

– Night Shift 18:00 – (Finish time can vary between 23:00-02:00)

– Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket
– Working in a chilled and ambient environment
– Breaking down and allocating goods
– Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
– Other duties which may include heavy liftingThe ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
– Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
– Must have a good attention to detail
– Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
– Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
