- Plan and deliver engaging food technology lessons to students
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Food Technology or related field
- Experience teaching food technology at the secondary level
Education:Degree in Food Technology or related fieldExperience:Teaching food technology at the secondary levelKnowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food technology curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:The Food Technology Teacher will work in a school setting, following the school calendar and schedule. The role may involve some extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities.
Expected salary: £250 per day
