Job description: My client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor on a Temp to Perm basis, working on a 4on/4 off shift, 1800-0600

The main responsibilities for this role include

– Management of the warehouse operation on a day-to-day basis
– Management of all warehouse staff
– Management of the buildings and facilities
– Ensure all customer orders are managed throughout the dispatch process
– Mange the team effectively to ensure errors are kept to a minimum
– Ensure quality and output is maintained at all times
– Ensure H & S is adhered to at all times
– Manage Stock control effectively

As a suitable candidates you will offer the following

– experience in a similar role ideally managing a team of 10+
– Forklift License
– an ability to manage a team effectively
– experience in facilities management
– Strong attention to detail
– excellent communications skills with an ability to get on people at all levels

The salary on offer is up to £32,000
