We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our clients prestigious team in Manchester as a Healthcare and Public Law Solicitor. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters in the healthcare sector while advocating for the rights and interests of individuals and communities.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters relating to healthcare law and public law issues.
- Handling a diverse caseload encompassing healthcare regulatory matters, mental health law, public inquiries, and judicial review proceedings.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address legal challenges and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
- Providing proactive and strategic advice to clients on risk management and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in healthcare law and public law matters.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law impacting the healthcare sector.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
