Job description: Temporary Order Management RepresentativeDescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Order Management Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.This is a temporary contract for 12 months. Working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.Hybrid work- minimum of 2 days in the office a week.Salary is £28,671.46In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • This role is noncustomer facing, dealing with computer correspondence for most of the day.
  • Responsible for assigned customer accounts, this can involve setting up new customers, order entry and modification to escalations.
  • Act as the single-point-of-contact, managing the entire order life cycle to ensure orders are processed on time.
  • Logistics management responsibilities to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.
  • Complete required reports and distribute to relevant departments examples include On-time Delivery report, Daily Arrears Data, Customer Order-board.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates effective and efficient use of time to achieve key business objectives.
