As part of this team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to Pirate artists globally. Candidates should be intrigued by the intersection of music and technology, possess a strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles, and demonstrate self-starting capabilities. Prior experience with audio equipment is a plus.As our CX line operates 24/7, we have various part-time positions available, particularly seeking individuals interested in evening and weekend work.Responsibilities include assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email, managing bookings and account queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing administrative tasks, and communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team.WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment.
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality.
- Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment.
