This is a brilliant and newly created role, within this global Advertising/Media Agency Group. You will be joining their brilliant People Team and playing a vital role in delivering best in class People services, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to a positive employee experience across this award winning Agency Group.

As the People Services Executive you will be a key member of the People Services Hub responsible for executing People transactions and providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders. This role contributes to the overall efficiency of People services delivery and excellence, ensuring accurate and timely processing of People service requests.

Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience in People transaction processing and employee support, A huge plus will be experience of working within a shared services team. With a passion for HRIS systems and a passion to bring order and efficiency.

Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, you will be a vital point of contact for your assigned employee group, you will be their trusted point of contact and will deliver HR operational services, always striving for service improvement, developing the HRIS and improving processes. Meanwhile providing advisory support.

There is huge scope to the role as well as working with a brilliant team that are driving changes and receiving huge recognition.
