Job description: About The RoleWorking hours: Saturday & Sunday 06:00-18:00 (8 hours between these times, flexible start & finish times as per business needs)Hourly rate: £14.25Job location: Queen Victoria Street, London, United Kingdom,Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members!Purpose of JobTo carry out all duties required in connection with the cleaning. Job is physically demanding, requiring excellent attention to detail, willingness to adapt and learn within short period of time. Requires wearing tight fitting respiratory protection equipment (rubber face mask with filters) while carrying out stone & wood floor treatment tasks.Tasks· To deep clean and oil the wood floor with specialist products as per manufacturer’s instructions and training provided· To pressure wash external building paving using specialist equipment and chemicals as per training provided· To deep clean and treat stone floor with specialist chemicals· To carry out general cleaning duties as instructed within the premises/demised area· To move the furniture around the building in a safe manner as per manual handling training provided. To ensure that damage is not cause to one’s health nor clients property· To use vacuum, scrubbers and other items of cleaning equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, Health and Safety manuals and only after appropriate training has been received· To ensure a thorough understanding of site Health and Safety information· To have read and abide by specific site rules and regulations· To handle and use any chemical or solution only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, and after reading and fully understanding the appropriate COSHH sheets· Responding positively to any reasonable instruction from a Manager· Displaying a positive, friendly and ‘can-do’ attitude· Presenting a friendly and helpful attitude to customers· Ensuring that every duty is carried out in a safe manner and that all Health and Safety legislation is adhered to, particularly the placing of warning signs when attempting any cleaning task that may involve risk to others· Completing Company administration in a timely and effective manner.· Attending meetings and other Company activities as required· Presenting a professional image consistent with the Company at all times· Ensuring all company property is kept safe and in good condition· Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies· Any other duty reasonably required by the CompanyExperience in specialist cleaning wood and stone floors, and usage of cleaning machinery.
