Located in the pretty village of Dyserth in the Welsh county of Denbighshire, a stones throw away from the North Wales coast and miles of sandy beaches, our guests will be able to enjoy a range of exciting live acts and entertainment, spa and beauty treatments, gym & leisure facilities plus some of our wonderful food and drink options.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at our newest Resort in North Wales.Our guests and our team members are vitally important to us and we need to ensure we build effective relationships, through trust and always having an approachable, friendly and helpful attitude. This will ensure our guests feel reassured that we always have their interests at the heart of everything we do.You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with food hygiene and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.As a Food & Beverage Team Member you are responsible for:Business:

  • Providing an outstanding Food & Beverage experience, ensuring great service, high quality products offered and consistency in your approach.
  • Offering a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure a robust knowledge of all products provided, identifying all secondary spend opportunities and bar experience improvements.
  • To accurately take and serve food and drink orders from customers, listening and offering advice on choices and menu options when required.
  • To deliver food promptly, to serve customers in a professional manner, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned accurately to the correct safety standards.
  • Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned within 5 minutes of customers departure.
  • Operating the till system in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.

  • Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and a first-class service, giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.

Experience:

  • Some previous restaurant or front of house knowledge/experience is preffered, but not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
