The role is expected to specialise in the technical aspects of digital design, focusing on the final stages of production to ensure all digital materials are of the highest quality and ready for publication.This role involves meticulous attention to detail in formatting, color correction, and finalizing layouts for various digital outputs, including web, email, and social media.What you will do:Create artworks across a range of formats and for multiple brands using Adobe CS and other design tools (i.e Canva, Bannerflow)Collaborate with the designers, following design concepts and visuals from conception to final artwork for sign offCreate web assets to size and scaleEnsure that all artwork is optimized for production, including color correction, image resolution, and file formatSet up, manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholders through CMS (Content Management System)Work closely with the third party production support vendors to ensure that all artwork is produced accurately and to the highest quality standards.Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the production processCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing Automation, Retention and Market teams to ensure that all artwork meets the needs of the businessContinuously improve the production process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStay up-to-date with the latest production techniques and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to the production processParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new marketing initiativesContinuously improve the design process to increase efficiency and effectivenessCommunicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedbackYour experience· Strong technical skills in design software with an understanding of digital publishing standards· Strong retouching and visualisation skills· Ability to create visual concepts· Very good working knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) programs· Strong layout and typographical skills and knowledge of fontsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlinesA passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies· Ability to work closely with designers and marketing teams.Experience working in a gaming/gambling industry is a plusDesirable to have knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and motion graphicsDesirable to have knowledge of HTML5 banner design and data feedsDesirable to have knowledge of Monday.com and JiraOur Way Of WorkingOur world is hybrid.A career is not a sprint.
