Salary:- £30,000 basic with bonus potential £38,000
Location:- Bournemouth & Poole

We are recruiting a Service Advisor for a Prestige Dealership in the Bournemouth Area for a successful dealership group.

They are one of the UK’s leading employers and Groups, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 basic, plus an OTE £38,000 with an excellent benefits package.

  • Working alongside 3 other Service Advisors + handling roughly 20-30 customers per day in a very structured and organized environment
  • Premium brand where you will learn through warranty training and accreditation.
  • Variety in the day to day in a professional and fast paced work environment – progression available in the future as the site has ambitious growth plans.
  • 25 days holiday + full brand training to become a qualified service advisor for the brand

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
  • Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system
  • Update customer and vehicle records
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy
  • Preparation and completion of invoices

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
  • An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
  • Experience in using commercial databases
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks
