The Role: Our client based in Newry require a Sales Advisor to join their company and become an integral part of the team. It will be a varied and interesting role which involves converting warm leads, working into Irish and UK markets, and following up to ensure orders are complete and customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers through phone, email, and chat-based platforms, focusing on warm leads.
  • Pipeline Management: You will effectively manage an extensive sales pipeline, following up with potential customers and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Achieving Company KPIs: Successful candidates will strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Candidates should excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Administration: You will be required to complete sales administration tasks with attention to detail, while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • The company promotes and encourages continuous training and development to support your career development within our fast-expanding business.

Essential requirements:

  • A proven track record in the Sales/Customer Service area.
  • The successful candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive individuals with a proven track record in sales.
  • Candidates should be excellent communicators, with an ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
  • Candidates should thrive in a collaborative team environment and should have a positive attitude and ability to contribute to team goals and share information.
  • Candidates should have excellent time management and have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage their own workload according to changing priorities.

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6.30pm

Salary:

  • On target earnings of £44,000+ that allows the motivated strong seller to earn more. The package comes with a secured base salary of £22000 – £24000
