We pride ourselves on placing people at the centre of what we do, while maintaining our values of high quality and excellent customer care.The RolePinnacle Group are looking for a Part Time Cleaning Operative for 16hrs p/w to ensure that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained and extra care facilities are cleaned to a good standard throughout their locations. (Harrison Park, Hull)Working Pattern: 12hrs p/wDuties/Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that cleaning standards are met throughout
  • Spot and full mopping
  • Vacuuming of carpeted areas including barrier matting
  • Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
  • Cleaning of internal glazing
  • Cleaning of WC’s and other sanitary fixtures and fittings
  • Replenishment of consumables
  • Scheduled periodic cleaning
  • Reactive cleaning including disinfection as necessary
  • Being proactive by noticing deficiencies in the facilities and bringing the defect to the attention of the Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Removal of waste from internal litter bins
  • Be observant for H&S/damage issues and ensure that they are reported to the Cleaning Supervisor.

Skills Required

  • Previous Cleaning experience desirable, however training will be given.
  • Proactive approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Amenable and approachable personality
  • Ability to work in a team as well as alone
  • Willingness to undertake training and learn new skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach
