We pride ourselves on placing people at the centre of what we do, while maintaining our values of high quality and excellent customer care.The RolePinnacle Group are looking for a Part Time Cleaning Operative for 16hrs p/w to ensure that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained and extra care facilities are cleaned to a good standard throughout their locations. (Harrison Park, Hull)Working Pattern: 12hrs p/wDuties/Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that cleaning standards are met throughout
- Spot and full mopping
- Vacuuming of carpeted areas including barrier matting
- Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Cleaning of internal glazing
- Cleaning of WC’s and other sanitary fixtures and fittings
- Replenishment of consumables
- Scheduled periodic cleaning
- Reactive cleaning including disinfection as necessary
- Being proactive by noticing deficiencies in the facilities and bringing the defect to the attention of the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins
- Be observant for H&S/damage issues and ensure that they are reported to the Cleaning Supervisor.
Skills Required
- Previous Cleaning experience desirable, however training will be given.
- Proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Amenable and approachable personality
- Ability to work in a team as well as alone
- Willingness to undertake training and learn new skills
- Flexible and adaptable in approach
