Mon-Fri: 08:00 – 18:00, Sat 1 in 2: 08:00 – 17:00

Opportunity for senior managerial training
Our client, a fast-fit company in Ashford, is seeking an experienced manager to join their workshop department.
Offer:
- Basic Salary starting at £36,000
- Option for MOT testing qualification
- Progression: Branch Manager
Area Manager * Up to 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- On-site parking
- Supportive workshop environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operation and daily running of the depot.
- Play a key part in the Cost control, Budgets, Revenue and Sales targets
- Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
- Implement and enforce company procedures and policies.
- Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company Procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Understanding of basic vehicle design and function
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
