you would produce the companies Retaining Wall proposal documents using AutoCAD and in-house software, manage the flow of design requests and offer technical support to different stakeholders within the business and produce first class quality of work.A great career opportunity to join a well established and passionate team.Some of the Key Benefits of joining us:At Tobermore, we provide you with career development support and opportunities to reach your full potential.Provided with endless in-house support and continuous first-class training.💫 Private Healthcare from Day✨ Enhanced Holiday Entitlements💻 Access to Tech & Cycle to work schemes🦺 Company Branded Clothing⭐ Holiday Purchase Scheme🤝 Staff Pension Scheme🎁 Length of Service giftsAbout the roleDuties will include:Be the source of receipt for all preliminary design requests in-and-out from the sales teams and track and record all designs requested and completed.Determine which designs should be completed inhouse and which should be completed by Tobermore external engineering consultants.Use AutoCAD and Tobermore bespoke software to create site-specific preliminary designs to aid the sales teams.Provide technical & specification support to Tobermore staff and customers (House Builders, Tier 1 Contractors, Groundworkers, Builders Merchants, Civil/Structural engineers) as required.Record all designs, plans/drawings, quantities and customer interaction on to Dynamics opportunity record as per the processes set out.Ensure Dynamics fields are accurate and assist in providing forecasting information on Retaining Wall specifications and sales.About the companyTobermore is a family run organisation, the family ethos of the firm is mirrored in the dedication of our staff.   • Third Level education
  • Experience in AutoCad design.
  • Living location GB/Ireland
  • Technically Minded.
  • Being a team player supportive and prepared to go over and above to help.
  • •Excellent written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner with objection handling skills. • Be well organised, systematic & able to manage your time effectively. • High level of attention to detail.
