Here at GXO, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Co-op Dekit site in West Thurrock. This is a full-time, permanent role working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 6am-6pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £10.92 per hour plus £1 per hour attendance bonus for contracted hours worked and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will be working within our recycling warehouse for a supermarket
- Meet & exceed the productivity standards for your department
- Able to listen and react to verbal and written instructions to complete individual and team tasks
- Undertaking a variety of work which has set processes or procedures that must be followed every time, to ensure compliance
- Supporting the management with any other related tasks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own and as part as a team
- Maintaining Health and Safety in the workplace
