Job description: We are instructed by a leading middle-market Private Equity firm who are seeking an Associate to join their team in London.Our client is a leading player within the European Healthcare space, maintaining a global presence and a strong track record of successful investments. The group have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and are committed to driving innovation and growth within this space.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.Requirements:2+ Years’ Private Equity (Growth or Buyout) Experience. Applicants from M&A banking or consultancy will not be considered.Robust transaction experience within the healthcare vertical.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to contribute to the success of innovative healthcare companies.To apply, please send your CV in WORD FORMAT to
