Job description:

You are the trusted Manager, EMEA Email Programs to the EMEA field marketing stakeholders and global email programs community. You will lead the team to deliver email programs that are ultra targeted, personalised and relevant to each contact at every stage of their Client journey. you will drive registrations for EMEA wide events and provide a full end-to-end customer experience – from their first touch, to their in-person or virtual event experience, through to follow-up and beyond. You are the Client of our brand and our database, ensuring every email touch point is valuable, drives conversions and embodies the Client brand and values.

  • Lead all EMEA Marketing Email Programs
  • Manage the demand generation for EMEA wide strategic events and Dreamforce
  • Be the essential part of the customer experience for every event – both regionally and globally.
  • Create an excellent customer experience through events email marketing through: recruitment, registration (triggered emails), on-site attendee communications, and post-event campaigns.
  • Employing the latest email innovations, cutting-edge designs, and using intelligent recommendations.
  • Leverage event sends as a testing ground for new email technologies to gain actionable insights.
  • Enable field marketers to promote smaller field events with the launch of a self-service email tool (Splash).
  • Manage EMEA demand generation with the DSE
  • Build & own the EMEA DSE strategy
  • Identify where EMEA has gaps in the DSE strategy by country
  • Identify what support & insights are needed for all EMEA countries
  • Be the partner and email consultant to the digital strategists in country to ensure programs are build correctly
  • Enablement of Field Marketers on how to use the tool effectively
  • Provide best practice, governance, A/B testing
  • Do frequent testing to ensure our programs are optimised
  • Provide monthly & quarterly reporting by country to ensure impact and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Onboard agency support

Other areas to address:

  • Identify new journey potentials
  • Build an EMEA welcome journey
  • Build pipe maturation programs
  • Build the ‘walking dead’ project (reengaging “zombie” data)
  • Drive engagement through Email Nurture programs
  • Form a key part of the EMEA wide Email Nurture project
  • Own the execution plan to ensure effective execution management
  • Manage the EMEA Integration of Tableau & MuleSoft with the migration to Marketing Cloud
  • Working closely with our M&A partners in the US to support the integration of M&As, understanding timelines and resources required to meet their needs. We are partners to our M&As and strive to support them to the best of our ability to enable their success through our channel.
  • Ensure alignment with the Client team for EMEA Tableau email management of Eloqua
  • Ensure alignment with the global teams managing the MuleSoft emails on Marketo
  • Own and communicate the EMEA Email Marketing metrics
  • Provide monthly/quarterly reporting at both an EMEA and country level to ensure we are driving impact to key stakeholders
  • Run quarterly/monthly audit on open rates; CTR + engagement, impact on event registrations (PiR); database health
  • Global collaboration and partnership
  • Collaborate and partner with the global Email Programs teams to ensure best practice sharing, keeping updates on global changes and alignment.
  • Ensuring Compliance with legal

Team management:

  • Monthly reviews of performance and learning across all teams
  • Prioritise development
  • Ensure team has a current development plan and is progressing to goals
  • Identify key projects/delegation areas for the team to lead on
  • 100% Ranger Completion by Q4

Agency management:

  • Ensure Zitrise is driving the FY25 email marketing plan and are executing effectively
  • Setup monthly/quarterly performance reviews
