Job description: Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst (Applications & Data)Duration: 3 MonthsLocation: Manchester & remote (you will be required to attend the client site two days per week)Rate: £675 per dayStart: April 2024IR35 Status: InsideA Business Analyst (Applications & Data) is required for our higher education client.You will work on their Applications and Data project; where you will be required to undertake data capture of applications, both desktop and in person.You will also engage with divergent stakeholders widely spread across the business and undertake sprint planning and the management of the Jira sprint board.Essential skills & experience required:As the Business Analyst (Applications & Data) you will possess previous experience in the following:Experience of data capture in a large organisation
- Experience in higher education
- Technical software understanding – eg. SaaS, IaaS and understand virtualisation
- Workshop facilitation
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience of an agile environment and sprint planning
- Understanding of effective Software Asset Management
