- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, conducting repairs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and circuits.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Relevant technical qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Hours
Monday – Friday
Week 1: 6am-2pm

Expected salary: £35000 – 45000 per year
