Job description: Electrical Bias Maintenance EngineerResponsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, conducting repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and circuits.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Hours
Monday – Friday
Week 1: 6am-2pm
