VP – Scalable Data and Consulting Solutions

From April 2024 onwards, Mastercard Network Level Services (NLS) platform will enhance Mastercard Issuer value proposition in an unparalleled way by enabling a set of optional modules to support fundamental services that customers will be able to choose from, as well as premium components. All new services will be fueled by new technologies, designed to address client feedback while being executed through a strong dedicated engagement team, providing our principal members with the adequate support.
Role
NLS program lead will be leading the product development, management and client engagement activities, teams and KPIs.
Product Development (Development phase)

  • Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party developers to ensure timely and high quality development of the NLS platform
  • Manage the development pan together with the technical project manager
  • Provide required inputs to development teams
  • Ensure project requirements are documented and executed
  • Provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development
  • Coordinate with global product managers to ensure the timely delivery of NLS products

Product Management (Post Launch)

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps to execute to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
  • Monitor product performance, provide feedback, manages all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Coordinates with customer teams, customers and third parties to develop product strategies and possible enhancements of existing product offerings
  • Demonstrate depth of knowledge of their Product and the ecosystem in which it operates
  • Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard’s broader Product offering and the ability to leverage Products from other business areas to augment Product capabilities

Client engagement

  • Lead drive client opt in, activation, engagement efforts across European countries
  • Lead the platform engagement and configuration team in Europe
  • Manage the collaboration with the business development and account teams in market
  • Provide relevant and value-creating analysis and insight for our clients using the NLS platform
  • Design well-structured, persuasive and interesting strategies, propositions & operating models and deliver them with strong presence together with engagement leaders
  • Lead and motivate multiple engagement teams to produce superior deliverables
  • Develop effective working relationships with executive level clients
  • Actively share tools, methods and best practices across market engagement teams

All about you:

  • Proven consulting experience at a senior level in a top-rated firm or equivalent in a major financial institution
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Professional level English language capability
  • Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to interpret large amounts of data, some of it ambiguous, and translate it into concise rational output that includes recommendations based upon core findings
  • Strong personal presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
  • Proven ability to build effective networks across organizational and functional boundaries
  • Excellent client management & engagement management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven team player, team leader & people manager with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
