As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business objectives and our technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery that meets both client expectations and business goals.What you’ll be doing:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand client business objectives, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform solution design and decision-making.

Solution Design and Documentation:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create wireframes, process flows, and other visual aids to articulate proposed solutions and facilitate client understanding and buy-in.
  • Document business processes, system workflows, and data models to support solution development and implementation.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Support in conducting regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress, solicit feedback, and gather additional requirements as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional value-added services and contribute to account growth and expansion.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital marketing, UX/UI design, and software development.
  • Share knowledge and insights with team members through training sessions, brown bag lunches, and other forums to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital agency or similar environment, with a strong understanding of website and app development processes, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical concepts and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and user story mapping.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and collaboration platforms preferred.
