Reporting to the SVP of Commercial & Corporate Legal Affairs in Stockholm, Sweden, your primary responsibility will be supporting our Commercial teams in negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers on our platform, as well as supporting the broader organization with contracting vendors.The role will coordinate and collaborate closely with the Commercial teams as well as the Finance team providing legal guidance and ensuring the interests of Cint are accounted for appropriately. Additional responsibilities may involve engaging in corporate development, corporate governance and compliance (also as it pertains to Cint’s status as a publicly listed company) and business activities of a strategic nature.In your role, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior management across the globe and collaborate with various departments on cross-functional projects that will help define the future of a pioneering technology company.We envisage that this position will be remote-based, but Cint’s offices in central London (Shoreditch) are available for candidates in the London area.Cint Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, this growth has made Cint a strong global platform with teams across its many global offices, including Stockholm, London, New York, New Orleans, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. ( )The TeamThe Commercial & Corporate Legal Affairs team currently consists of four lawyers and one paralegal and is part of the wider Cint Legal team that has 12 lawyers and legal professionals located in Sweden, the United States and France. The Cint Group is a global business. As such, the Legal team collaborates as one team with stakeholders across the world in various jurisdictions.What You Will Do

  • Work in close collaboration with the Commercial teams on a global scale, manage the negotiation, preparation, and administration of complex commercial contracts, including addressing issues such as IP ownership, data privacy, liability and applicable local and international laws.
  • Communicate with and direct outside contacts, including outside counsel, with respect to regulatory compliance, intellectual property and/or contractual matters.
  • Provide guidance to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of our sales and supply contracts and other contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects and related legal issues.
  • Analyze and advise on legal and business risks in agreements and business operations.
  • Continuously develop legal templates and processes related to the preparation and administration of various sales, vendor, and similar agreements.

QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For

  • You ideally have 4-8 years PQE with a focus on commercial contracting. This indicated tenure is intended to act as a guidance for the experience needed in this role. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience and knowledge outside of this tenure as well.
  • Solid understanding of, and experience from working in an environment requiring knowledge of, data privacy regulations and regulations within the technology industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience working in the technology and/or SaaS sector is desirable, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
  • You have excellent drafting and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator and savvy negotiator who is at ease building relationships, influencing, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment with the ability to be nimble, work at a fast pace, and be a part of cross-functional and collaborative projects that help determine future processes for the Cint Group.
