As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing face-to-face campaigns for some biggest brands across the UK. The day-to-day activities would include answering customers’ queries, demonstrating products/services face-to-face, as well as keeping up with KPIs and targets.Our team has been trained at providing the best customer service and the best solutions to streamline the buying experience. We start by listening to each client’s unique needs and matching them with sales and marketing strategies that best fit their goals.Requirements for our future Team Leader:
- Good attention to detail
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Daily Duties of the Team Leader role:
- Assisting customers by answering any questions that may arise in a clear and friendly manner
- Enter information to complete sales transactions
- Driving sales by presenting the newest products and services our clients have.
Please note, to be eligible for the Team Leader position, candidates must possess valid UK work authorisation.
Expected salary: £24000 – 26000 per year
