A day in the life of…As F&B Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.Based in Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. You will be part of our Breakfast team working to provide the best possible start of the day for our guests. Shifts are from 7am in the morning and finish either at 12pm or 2pm. This role will be contracted to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours if available.What do we need from you?To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
