Keen to work within a hybrid model where you can enjoy a flexible blend of office and home based work time to suit your working and personal needs?We have the job for you!WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A PAID MEDIA MANAGERReporting into the E-commerce Director, the Paid Media Manager sits within the My Home Move Conveyancing (MHMC) Digital and Data team, and will own the D2C paid media strategy, by planning, executing, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across a range of platforms to achieve and exceed forecasted sales and margin targets.This key role will lead the growth and development of the D2C paid media channels, both existing and new.Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Paid Media Manager will integrate paid search into the wider digital marketing strategy, and work closely with our external strategic digital marketing agency to ensure all search marketing activity is aligned.This role is a hybrid position where we anticipate that the bulk of the role responsibilities can be carried out remotely, however some presence at our Leicester head office will be required on an ongoing basis, in particular during your training period.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF PAID MEDIA MANAGER

  • The Paid Media Manager is a senior role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for paid media and performance marketing. You will have substantial experience of PPC advertising across all major search platforms including Google, Microsoft and Meta, as well as managment of digital agencies to include briefing and evaluation.
  • It is essential for the role holder to have a proven track record of delivering high impact paid media strategies and campaigns, responsibility for big budgets, and to have made a significant and demonstrable impact on wider business.
  • The role holder will be a consummate digital professional and fiercely passionate about delivering a great customer experience whilst meeting business requirements.
  • The Paid Media Manager will have excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and an ability to collect and closely analyse data, identifying trends and developing solutions to problems.
  • The appointee will have advanced Microsoft Office skills and be a blend of both creatively and mathematically minded.
