This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London.   • Deliver marketing projects that are integrated into an overarching project, with minimal assistance.
  • Monitor high-priority marketing campaigns, programs, and/or projects.
  • Design and maintain a favourable public image by building brand and product recognition through marketing campaigns including social media or channel marketing.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign and/or project planning and execution.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and/or project planning and execution, based on budget and financial ability of the host of the campaign/project.
  • Plan and execute prioritized project work including selecting appropriate method to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods/tools.
  • Address commonly escalated issues or triage when required, in a timely manner.
  • Work within one or more teams to share knowledge related to a broad set of tasks.
  • Identify key stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
  • Work closely with teams to develop and influence marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and/or project strategy for their products.
  • Leverage existing consumer relationships and cultivate new business contacts with social teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate and communicate timelines, goals or objectives, priorities, and budgets for the assigned component(s) of a project.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of marketing channels and campaigns, and an understanding of related areas of the organization, including understanding of process impacts and upstream/downstream processes and functions.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of the client/user/partner and industry when contributing to strategic campaigns and/or project plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary client for management of all the organisations media planning
  • Create space in meetings, projects, events for everyone to collaborate and feel supported. Role model, acknowledge, and empower inclusive behaviour and provide constructive feedback on disrespectful, non-inclusive behaviour. Act as a diversity change agent, working to change processes, culture, or other barriers to inclusion.
  • Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business results, overseeing the positioning and development of content and marketing programs to grow awareness and engagement in key markets across social, on-network and off-network media channels.
  • Develop, implement, and analyse creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
  • Drive development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategy to drive media and public amplification across all marketing communications.
  • Help develop a comprehensive internal and external promotion plan with minimal guidance that maximizes the awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams, and using digital tools such as HubSpot.
  • Analyse and derive insights from data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
  • Engage and lead one or few media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work, prioritizing agency workflow as pertains to media.
  • Skills / Experience / Education:
  • Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and oral format to effectively communicate compensation plans, policies, and practices. This includes understanding when one’s communication style needs to change or adapt to increase effectiveness and influence.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour and key audience needs.
  • Ability to use creativity to bring a vision to life (e.g., to come up with creative ideas for project themes, unique venues, or have a motivational speaker) and give constructive creative feedback to move vision forward internally and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to analyse information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Understanding of strategies required to win larger market share for Marketing Specialist COE discipline, including diversification, product development, market penetration, and market development, with an understanding of how to balance short term earning and long term growth.
  • Ability to identify and engage people who have a strong influence on a key target audience.
  • Understanding of media strategy, as used in the advertising or content delivery (online broadcasting) industries, identify concerns with how messages will be delivered to consumers or niche markets.
  • Understanding of how to place content through various channels (e.g., TV, radio, magazines, media/social media).
