Our people are everything – so each hire is super important to us.We are looking for a German speaking Content & SEO Executive to join our European Team in London to support the scaling of the business by driving the performance of the brands we represent on Amazon and other Marketplaces.You will be responsible for SEO and Content processes (including translations) in the EU, and you will be reporting into the Content & SEO Manager. You will partner with Brand Management and Advertising to identify areas of opportunity to boost organic ranking and searches across our full portfolio of brands.As part of the role, you will manage the translation process by working with freelancers who will translate content into local languages on your behalf (the role does not require additional languages besides German and English, albeit it would be beneficial).You are process and data-oriented with a keen eye for CX; you will advocate and report internally on the importance of content to drive conversion rate through the improvement of organic search and rankings.About The JobHere are some of the things you will be doing:Support the content and SEO processes across multiple brands in the EU, to drive CX and conversion rate improvements.Write, proofread and edit text at various stages of the writing process and in response to requests and feedback from various stakeholders.Adapt and optimise copy for various European marketplaces, familiarising yourself with the requirements of each search engine.Partner with both Brand Management and Advertising to identify opportunities to grow organic traffic for the full breadth of the brand portfolio.Support the translation and localisation process in other languages (DE, FR, IT, ES mainly).Work with in-house creative agencies in the US to ensure smooth content creation and enhancement.Report regularly on SEO improvements and advocate internally for content excellence.Prioritise and deliver on retail readiness: Monitor performance over time using keyword rank checkers and deliver on SEO and content goals.We would love for you to apply for the role (or even reach out for a chat) if you have the below experience:Essential: German Speaking (native or C1 equivalent)Copywriting and SEO experience, including keyword researchKnowledge of content performance measurementsAnalytical and able to make sense of data/complexityCan work collaboratively and influence internally to achieve common goals.Independent and process drivenA proactive nature, problem and innovative solverExcellent time management and organisation skills to prioritise workloads effectively2:1 degree or aboveSolid Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new tools (including generative AI)Sounds great!
